"I can't think of a reason why you would have called me over 21 times in the last 6 days. I don't answer your calls because it is tagged as probable spam. It's not probable. When you're doing your telemarketing if you don't get a hold of someone in a couple tries, move along. It's highly unprofessional and a reflection on your agency when you call and call and call and call."
